Previously Known as 'Whisky Ginger', this sauce has all the components of a Hot Toddy, PLUS some beautiful yellow scotch bonnets.
Sweet, sticky, smooth and just the right level of tart, this mild sauce is perfect on fried chicken, thrown in a stir fry or even in a glass of hot water as an actual hot toddy!
This has been a favourite flavour at so many markets recently, and there's a good reason for it. Make sure you grab a bottle before its all gone!
