Description
This beautiful abstract art print by Amanda Philips takes us for a walk along the sandy beach in front of The Bass Rock, North Berwick. The Bass Rock is home to thousands of Gannets that can be seen flying over the water. A stunning day in East Lothian with blue skies and fluffy clouds reflected in the sea with the waves lapping along the sandy shore line.
Amanda originally trained as a painter but followed a career as an architect, she then became a tutor and spent over ten years teaching in many aspects or art at Napier University, Edinburgh. Amanda now spends her time painting in her home studio, she works mainly in acrylic but likes to experiment in mixed media.
