Shipping policy
We ship orders out every week day. Orders placed outside central Edinburgh are shipped and tracked using UPS. Orders in Central Edinburgh are couriered by bike, with our friends at Farrout. Deliveries should arrive within 3 working days.
- Click & Collect available at our Broughton Street shop (begins 5th April) this is open 7 days a week between 11am and 2pm.
- Central Edinburgh orders will be delivered by local bike couriers, Farrout.
- All other UK based orders and International orders will ship via our courier
Delivery rates are £0.00 - £99.99 = £4.99 flat fee. Orders over £100 will qualify for free shipping with in the UK.
We only use recyclable and compostable packaging for all orders.
We ship all over the World, using UPS, deliveries are tracked and take no more that 10 working days. Delivery outside the UK is calculated at the checkout and is charged based on location - you can see a full list of the countries we currently ship to below.
