We are so happy to have the Highland Patissier chocolates back in our Edinburgh shops. This family-run business, based in the village of Edderton in the Highlands of Scotland, makes some amazing chocolates. This one is is a yummy combination of raspberry and pistachio.
Made from specially selected ruby cocoa beans, intense fruity flavour with fresh, sour notes pairs beautifully with our freeze dried raspberry and roasted pistachios.
