We are so happy to have the Highland Patissier chocolates back in our Edinburgh shops. This family-run business, based in the village of Edderton in the Highlands of Scotland, makes some amazing chocolates. This one is is a single origin Brazilian chocolate with delicious sharp candied ginger chunks.
