We are so happy to have the Highland Patissier chocolates back in our Edinburgh shops. This family-run business, based in the village of Edderton in the Highlands of Scotland, makes some amazing chocolates.
The creamy sweetness of this single origin 39% milk chocolate from Ecuador balanced with the smokiness from the almonds. Finished off with a touch of sea salt flakes. Perfect.
