We are so happy to have the Highland Patissier chocolates back in our Edinburgh shops. This family-run business, based in the village of Edderton in the Highlands of Scotland, makes some amazing chocolates.
70% double fermented chocolate with an intense cocoa taste, crusted with salted caramel pieces and just a subtle touch of sea salt.
