Morning Star Lotus incense is made and manufactured by Japanese incense firm, Nippon Kodo.
Lotus is an aquatic plant from the Nelumbonaceae family which is commonly found in water gardens. The lotus is the national flower of India and Vietnam and featured strongly in both Buddhism and Hinduism belief systems. For example, deities are frequently shown sitting on lotus flowers.
In terms of scent, Morning Star pure lotus incense has an exotic, luxurious, feminine and floral aroma. It’s a scent that conjures up images of exotic climes and foreign travel.
