In 2012 Alex Tew and Michael Acton Smith created Calm, the app was initially created to help people meditate. As years went by it was noticed that there was a peak in its use at around 11pm. People has started to use the app to help them get to sleep at night. We have spent so much time optimizing our waking hours, but have many of us stopped to think about optimizing our sleeping hours? This book was designed to help us realise the importance of sleep and how to achieve a great nights sleep.
