Delivery & Returns
We aim to dispatch all orders received before mid-night Monday to Friday the following working day; for orders received over the weekend we aim to dispatch them the following Monday. Please note that at busy times, such as the run up to Christmas or during Sales periods, dispatch may take a little longer.
In the event that an item is out of stock we will email or phone with an estimated delivery date and the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait until new stock arrives. Similarly, if your order is likely to be delayed for any reason, we will contact you. We do not substitute other goods if the items you require are not available.
UK STANDARD DELIVERY - UK MAINLAND ONLY - 2-5 working days
We offer a Standard Delivery to most UK Mainland addresses using Royal Mail or courier services. This delivery should take between 2-5 working days. The cost of the Standard Delivery Service is £3.95 for orders under £15; £4.95 for orders £15 – £50 or FREE for orders over £50 (excluding delivery).
UK STANDARD DELIVERY - HIGHLANDS AND ISLANDS - 2-5 working days
For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and some other UK postcodes the delivery charge is £4.95 for orders weighing under 2Kg which can be sent via Royal Mail; and £9.95 for orders weighing over 2Kg which need to be sent via our courier service. Unfortunately, we may be unable to offer our FREE delivery option for orders over £50 to these areas. We will contact you before we dispatch your order if this is the case.
UK MAINLAND EXPRESS DELIVERY - 1-2 working days
If you need your order more urgently we are able to offer a next working day delivery service for all orders received before mid-day Monday to Thursday. These will be delivered the following working day via our courier service. For orders received outside of these times despatch will take place on the next working day for delivery the day after. The charge for this enhanced service is £9.95. PLEASE NOTE Express Delivery is only available to Mainland UK addresses.
All courier services need to be signed for, unless you are able to nominate a safe place where your order can be left at the delivery address. We can also ask the courier to try neighbours if you are likely to be out or send your order to a work address if it is more convenient. Simply add any instructions in the "Leave a message" box after you have selected your postage option during the checkout process.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
No Quibble Returns
We always try to ensure that our products are good quality and value for money. If however your purchase does not meet your expectations in any way simply return the item to us unused and in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. We will then either exchange it or give you a refund - whatever your preference. Please note that this returns guarantee does not affect your statutory rights for returned goods under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
Unless an item is faulty or sent in error on our part, the cost of returning any items is at the Customer's own expense. For items under 2Kg we suggest that you return them via Royal Mail and obtain a receipt of posting. We do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged by Royal Mail. For heavier or more valuable items you may wish to use a Courier service.

On receipt of your returned items, we will make a refund to the value of the goods and the delivery charges.. We do not normally refund the cost of your return postage unless the goods were supplied to you faulty or incorrectly due to an error on our part.
We can only make refunds to the original PayPal Account used or payment card. We aim to action all refunds within 7 working days from receipt of the returned goods.
Please note that this refund policy does not affect your statutory rights for returned goods under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
Your Right to Cancel
Under the EU Distance Selling Directive you have a statutory right to cancel your contract any time up to 7 days from the day after you receive your order. Simply phone or email us at with details. If you cancel your contract once your order has already been delivered you will be responsible for returning the goods to Curiouser and Curiouser at you own cost. Goods should be returned to:

You need to take reasonable care to ensure that the goods are not damaged prior to return or in transit and package them appropriately. For your peace of mind, we strongly recommend that you obtain a receipt of posting for any item returned via Royal Mail or Courier Service. We do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged by Royal Mail or your Courier.
