Wow, well flicking through this book to write this has made me hungry and I have a feeling one of these books may end up in my recipe book collection. Kirsten talks about a trip that she took with a friend who has a gluten intolerance, so there are a fair few GF recipes in this book. Definitely a selling point for me.
