Honestly, Dukkah with anything is a flavour game changer!!
- Delicious sprinkled onto scrambled eggs, labneh, salads, grilled vegetables and pan-fried white fish
- Devour as an addictive dip for chunks of olive oil-soaked bread, or crudites and hummous
- The heady seasoning you never knew you needed!
Dukkah, pronounced doo-kah and meaning “to pound” in Arabic, is an Egyptian condiment that's both crunchy and aromatic, and infinitely versatile.
This earthy middle-eastern mix, blended from roasted, stone-ground wheat and toasted sesame seeds is made by an artisanal women's co-operative in the fertile valleys of Ajloun, Jordan.
