For those of you who haven't, take my word for it, it is amazing! The founders of Dishoom have created this recipe book so we can enjoy their food in the comfort of our own home. This book takes us on a journey through Bombay tasting some of its finest dishes as we go. It is packed with recipes of all the food and drinks associated with the restaurant, from their Biriyani, to their Samosas and Daal, they have even included some of their famous cocktails.
This recipe book is crammed full of super tasty recipes and beautiful photography, not only of the food we can prepare but of Bombay itself. This has been a very popular recipe book since it hit our shelves in 2019.
