This chocolate bar is made up of a blend of dark chocolate, sea salt from the Isle of Skye, cracked black pepper, nutmeg and mace.  It is a delicious modern take on a traditional Scottish dish.

Chocolates of Glenshiel is run by the very young and talented Finlay Macdonald who started making chocolates at the age of 17.  All of his chocolates are hand-made in the Highlands of Scotland using the best of Scottish ingredients.
